Charles Richard “Dick” Robertson, age 75, of Greenwood, passed away on Sunday, February 21. 2021. He was born on Thursday, December 13, 1945 in Corydon, Indiana, to Earl and Edith Robertson, both of whom precede him in death. Dick attended Indiana State University and proudly served his country in the United States Marines. He loved to work out and take his trips to CVS and Applebee’s. Dick never met a stranger, and loved to interact with the public while selling cars with the Hubler Auto Group and Skillman Auto Group.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years: Joyce Robertson of Greenwood; daughters: Samantha (Brent) Dikeman of Greenwood, and Jessica (Daren) Johnson of Greenwood; brother: Sam (Bobbie) Robertson of New Albany; grandchildren: Harper Dikeman, Hudson Dikeman, Phil Johnson, Milo Johnson, and Jeffrey Johnson; as well as one nephew: Matt Robertson.

Dick is also preceded in death by his sister: Leola Robertson; brother: Billy Robertson; and best buddy and loyal companion: his dog, Cole.

A celebration of life will be held later this summer. Arrangements are in the care of Simplicity Funeral & Cremation Care, Indianapolis Chapel.
